# Agentic Annual Review

On the heels of A2A announcement by Google and the "black box" agents.
I had an amusing thought - as AI Agents become more prevalent at work, will they also have annual reviews?
I mean, they need to be accountable. So perhaps they will also fall into performance review cycle that
humans are subjected to.
